Yes, all our Smokies and European Wieners are fully cooked. You can enjoy them in a variety of ways. Just heat and serve...barbecued, boiled or sauteed.
Grill to Perfection
Place smokies or European Wieners on the barbecue grill indirectly above the heat source, cook slowly on medium heat for up to 10 minutes, turning frequently. For best results, do not overcook.
Option 1: to heat in pan, add a half inch of water to pan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Option 2: on stove top, bring a pot of water to a boil and remove from heat. Place Smokies or Wieners into the water, cover with lid. For Wieners, let sit for 6-7 minutes, for Smokies, let sit for 8-10 minutes.
