Breaky Tostada

This fun and simple recipe was created for the 2018 Whistler Village Beer Festival event, Pregame Brunch, at Stonesedge Kitchen Whistler

Ingredients: 

1 Grimm’s Corn Tortilla

1 Grimm's Chorizo Sausage

1 tablespoon of guacamole

1 tablespoon of salsa

1 teaspoon chipotle pureed  

1 large egg 

Preparation: 
  1. Deep fry the corn tortilla until crispy and place on paper towel to dry.
  2. Sear chorizo until crispy and slice in half.
  3. Fry an egg sunny side up.
  4. Pile all ingredients onto tortillas, adding guaracamole, salsa and chipotle last.
