Grimm’s Honey Ham and Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients: 
  • 680g / 1 ½ pounds Grimm’s Honey Ham, sliced
  • 4 - 6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 125ml / 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 can (284ml / 1 ¼ cups) cream of mushroom soup or cheddar cheese soup plus same can full of milk or water
  • 80ml / 1/3 cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste)
Preparation: 
  1. Butter large casserole dish and preheat oven to 175° C. / 350° F.
  2. Place a layer of potatoes (about 1/3 of the total amount) in bottom of dish
  3. Top layer with a sprinkle of flour, dabs of butter, salt and pepper
  4. Place a second layer of potatoes over the first
  5. Repeat step 3
  6. Layer all onion slices over potato layers
  7. Repeat step 3
  8. Layer ham over onions
  9. Repeat step 3
  10. Top with a layer of remaining potatoes
  11. Repeat step 3
  12. Mix soup with milk or water and pour over entire dish
  13. Bake for one hour
